SALT
Seeking; Asking; Listening; Telling
Ages: Grades 6-12
Time: Sunday, 5:30 - 7:00 PM
This is our main event each week. We carefully construct each meeting to be a time that students can relax, enjoy each other and see God on a new level. Weekly activities may include worship, challenging bible study, and from time to time we get a little messy with games! There is something for everyone.
Prayer Breakfast
Ages: Grades 6-12
Time: Wednesday, 7:10 AM
(During the school year)
A great time to meet and get an early morning refuel for school. Join us at Chick-Fil-A for food, fellowship, a devotional, and prayer. Each week we take up an offering that is used to support a child through Compassion International. After our time together, we transport each student to his/her respective school. (During the summer we meet for lunch at 11:30am. Call the church office for the location.)
Life Groups
These groups meet throughout the week and are gender and age specific. Middle School groups meet on Sunday after SALT from 7:15-7:45pm. These groups allow students to live in accountability with each other while they celebrate the joys of Life and support each other in the midst of life's difficulties.
Praise Band
Youth Praise Band rehearses on Sunday afternoons from 3pm to 4:30pm. The band is formed each year in August and is open at that time for any student who has the desire to commit to leading in worship: with their lifestyle, by attending weekly practices, learning their assigned instrument/vocal parts, as well as being an active member of the youth choir.
Youth Leadership
Meets on the first and third Sundays @ 5:30pm. The leadership team is chosen each year by a selection process and thru prayer. To be eligible to serve on leadership youth must be in the spiritually mature, in the 10th-12th grade, a member of a Life group and active in youth.
